Jessica is a wellness coach and personal trainer, the Director of the 5FIT Program at 5 Fitness Training and Yoga and the Creator of the Strength and Beauty program. She continually seeks out knowledge and experience to bring the best to her clients. Jessica is passionate about helping others to achieve a happier and healthier life and specializes in functional training and strength development for life and overall wellness and will motivate you to surpass your highest goals.

About Lauren McAuliffe, Strength & Beauty Coach:

Lauren is a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. She inspires others to adapt a healthier lifestyle and gain confidence through strength. With a background in training Pilates, Lauren has a lot of experience working with women to and emphasizing the importance of mind-body connection. Lauren believes that everyone has the power to achieve their goals and encourages a “no excuses” attitude when approaching health and fitness.

My personal experience has instilled in me a passion to inspire others to do the same while being able to relate to the process every step of the way.
